As much as I like Mantids, they are definitely a bit creepy.
If these little guys were just a bit bigger they would undoubtedly rule the world. And our new insectoid overlords would (I fear) be cruel masters. Just look at it…it wants to kill you!
This future despotic ruler of humanity currently lives at Bristol Zoo, although I hear it has designs on a new place in North Korea.
I think I may need to post a cute picture next, lest I be caught spreading rumors about our new King (or possibly Queen).
